Every security guard deployed by Urban Security goes through a rigorous multi-step screening and training program to ensure they meet the highest professional standards.

Application & Initial Screening

Government-issued ID verification (Aadhaar, PAN)
Comprehensive criminal background check
Address verification and reference checks

Physical & Medical Test

Fitness standards: running, strength, endurance tests
Medical health check by certified doctor
Vision, hearing, and general fitness assessment

15-Day Training Program

Security fundamentals & legal awareness
First aid, fire safety, and crowd control
Communication skills and client interaction
Drill, discipline, and post-standing procedure

Field Deployment

Assigned to client site with experienced supervisor
Site-specific briefing and client introduction
Uniform, ID card, and equipment issued

Ongoing Evaluation

Monthly performance reviews by supervisors
